What is the process for a custom design?
Robert Mark Golf will custom craft almost any idea our customers can think off. Examples of customization are: personalizing with initials, names, school logos, club logos, quotes or unique images. Most any color combinations are possible. Please contact us atRob@RobertMarkGolf.comor our page Custom & Bespoke Design to initiate the process. We will discuss with you your design ideas. Cost will vary depending on the complexity of the design. A price quote will be given and payment is expectedprior to beginning any custom artwork. After approval of artwork, we will begin your custom one of a kind design. Custom designs are made to order and will typically take up to 6 - 8 during times of high demand.

What are my shipping options?
Robert Mark Golf's preferred shipping method for domestic and international order is USPS Priority Mail. Please note: We recommend all customers choose to insure their packages at their own cost. Robert Mark Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages due to customers providing incorrect shipping information, absence of signature required or other unforeseen circumstances on packages that are not insured. For special shipping requests, overnight shipping or expedited orders, please contact us at Rob@RobertMarkGolf.com.
How do I track my order?
All packages sent via USPS will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Robert Mark Golf is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with USPS. All customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Stock Orders typically ship from within 7 -10 days of order placement. Custom orders will arrive between 6-8 weeks from when payment has been processed. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail which arrives anywhere in the continental USA in approximately two days. Please note: We recommend all customers choose to insure their packages at their own cost. FULL CUSTOM OR CUSTOM REQUESTS
Crafting your RMG custom headcover is a process that may take up to 6-8 weeks during times when there is high demand. Many steps are involved in this process. These include but are not limited to; initial agreement of design/approval, creation of CAD graphic image, digitizing of motifs for embroidery and ultimately hand cutting/stitching your unique design,

What is your returns and refunds policy?
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on www.RobertMarkGolf.com exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new and unused condition. However, these items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return product shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer.
Robert Mark Golf will replace any item with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 30 days of purchase. Robert Mark Golf does not accept returns on items with damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.
To start the return process, email us at Rob@RobertMarkGolf.com and include your order number with an explanation for the return or exchange. Once your email has been reviewed, instructions on where to return the item will be emailed to you.
Please note: Certain custom and personalized items ie. names, initials, custom logos etc. are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
